Job brief

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop a recruitment plan to identify top-level candidates.
  • Use social media and other job boards to source candidates.
  • Create job descriptions and attractive job postings that will get the attention of top talent.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to determine fit for the job and the company culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in the Customer Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.

The salary range for this position is 2100 - 2600 EUR / gross. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
