We are currently looking for: Senior Talent Attraction Partner
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- Source amp; attract the best mid/senior candidates from different business areas by using various techniques;
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential future candidates;
- Candidate database creation, management;
- Analyze the labor market and implement employee attraction projects;
- Manage the Hiring process and tools, and actively propose improvements.
- Attend Recruitment events to keep your finger on the pulse of the market;
- Collaborate and discuss suitability of candidates with team leaders and hiring managers;
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment;
- Awareness of competitors and market engagement in logistic field;
- Experience of working with different markets, would be an advantage;
- Good Lithuanian, English and Russian language skills;
- Good planning and time management skills;
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects;
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a passion for challenges and are oriented towards high achievements.
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 3640 EUR gross (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
