Requirements

  • Manage day-to-day compliance operations with a particular focus on payment regulations compliance, complaints handling, customers (incl. agents) monitoring, financial crime prevention.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of compliance operations, identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and ensure timely remediation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline compliance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement automation technologies.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance-related policies and procedures (incl. AML/CTF, Complaints Handling, Agents Monitoring).
  • Support the Compliance Team in responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities and assist in various internal compliance reviews and audits.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics, KPIs, and trends to senior management.
  • Work closely with MLRO, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Officer across all areas of compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to other business functions (e.g. Product and Commercial teams) on issues around compliance operations, internal processes and regulation.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's or above degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related fields
    • A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in compliance operations, preferably within the financial services industry. Working knowledge of the FinTech industry and open banking service is an advantage
    • Demonstrated experience in driving process efficiency and automation initiatives
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Experience with process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization.
    • Good familiarity with AML/CTF compliance processes, familiarity with other areas (e.g. agents monitoring, complaints handling) would be an advantage
    • Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
    • Efficient and well organised
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
    • Team player with a good analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
