Job Description

Our client is a global company in the logistics industry. We are looking for an experienced Employee Process Manager for their growing team. This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania at the headquarters.

Job Requirements

  • Support key users through resolving incidents (related to data and process issues) in a timely manner (training, user guide requests, workflow or process questions, errors, etc.)
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, and collect requirements and ideas to improve the system and process from the business side
  • Ensure process documentation and training materials regarding SuccessFactors are up to date
  • Participate in testing activities to ensure the suitability of the solution and compatibility with other systems and provide test evidence (protocol/screenshots)
  • Provide system training and consultations after a change in a process if required
  • Work together with process owners to design a full process range for SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Design and manage BPM policies and procedures, promoting the adoption of Business Process Modelling (BPM) standards and policies: including setting up documentation (e.g. working instructions), continuous process and process repository improvements by the process owners
  • Foster a culture of process management inside the organization, increase awareness and knowledge of its benefits
  • Identify and support process owners in process analysis and improvement in the PnC area standardization and automation, Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN), continuous review, KPI’s set up
  • Partner with IT and PnC to handle fit/gap from processes to ensure system functionality covers business requirements
  • Lead a team of the process (key users) specialists: coach, provide support, perform regular 1:1s and performance overviews
  • Approve final process maps and workflows; data validity in HRIS

Candidate Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in process management or HR roles (e.g Global Business Services roles, HRBP, HR consulting, HR administration process roles, HRIS key users roles)
  • Good knowledge and skills in the use of MS Office and Excel (the knowledge and skills of the use of other statistical, analysis, or data visualization tools is an advantage)
  • Analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize and analyze big quantities of information in order to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Experienced with BPMN (Business Process Modelling and Notation) tools and analysis
  • Experience in implementing a new HRIS system would be considered an advantage
  • Managerial experience would be considered an advantage
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and lead a small team
