We are currently looking for an exceptional amp; important role for us - People Lead. In this role you would be making sure that our people are happy, motivated and taken care of, while working directly with C-level Management to maintain and improve people oriented strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the People team
- Take care of people operations procedures amp; policies
- Provide proactive people operations amp; management related support and advice to Trafi teams
- Own Employee Engagement topics
- Provide amp; implement your expertise in various areas, such as talent acquisition, talent management, coaching, compensation, benefits and rewards, employee relations, etc.
- Take on any other people related topic with passion and determination
Requirements
- Experience in an HR related leading role
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems
- Hiring experience would be considered as an advantage
- Ability to initiate changes amp; execute them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
- Willingness to work on different HR areas
