Today, we unite over 450 data industry professionals for one purpose: to create a future where all businesses have access to big data and business intelligence, and a work environment where everyone can grow and thrive.Your day-to-day:- Collaborating closely with clients to gather detailed project requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs, goals, and expectations.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential roadblocks.
- Effectively communicating with all stakeholders, including sales and account management, engineering and product, to ensure transparency and alignment on project objectives.
- Proactively identifying project risks and developing contingency plans to minimize their impact on project deliverables and timelines.
- Implementing rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards and comply with client requirements.
- Striving for continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, gathering feedback, and implementing lessons learned in future projects.
Your Skills Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- A solid understanding of IT development processes, methodologies, and technologies to effectively communicate with the development team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and the development team.
- A proactive problem-solving approach to tackle challenges and find creative solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service and exceeding client expectations.
Salary:- Gross salary: 2975 - 5125 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
