Job Description
We are a modern logistics business that is a precisely calibrated big data IT service. We are managing thousands of always-connected and continuously tracked trucks - all load orders, navigation, documents, toll, and fuel checks are digital. A tablet in the driver’s cabin is an essential real-time connectivity device enabling effective logistics. Supporting thousands of IoT we are running many API / EDI integrations and robots, exchanging data with online cargo and freight markets, transport service providers, and customer portals.
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will bring professional knowledge to designing and maintaining environments running business-critical workloads in a hybrid-cloud setup. We strive for continuous systems modernization via automation and modularity moving towards infrastructure as a code.
We are currently looking for a: Lead DevOps Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES IN THIS POSITION:
- Architect, design, and build modern multi-environment distributed workloads deployment pipelines;
- Utilize CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Git to handle code deployments within software-defined infrastructure;
- Collect and visualize complex data using tools like Elastic, Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana;
- Automate infrastructure services (virtualization, containerization, storage);
- Carry responsibility for engineering technical leadership and coaching;
- Establish partnerships with development team leaders designing internal and external cloud capabilities;
- Own infrastructure cost optimization and investment roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration;
- Professional experience in automation with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab environments;
- Experience with SRE and observability tooling and best practices;
- Ability to architect and justify systems design utilizing a wide spectrum of possible runtime environments from bare metal to server-less cloud functions and managed services;
- Ability to lead DevOps engineering practices and service resiliency;
- Good English language skills.

The monthly salary ranges from 4260 EUR to 6390 EUR gross. Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements. In addition, each employee of the Everwest company receives a package of additional benefits, which include:
