Job Description

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join a development team working in an Agile environment that’s building a product that provides top-tier residential proxy service to external and internal customers. Managing such a team requires dealing with various stakeholders from different team’s as the product is integrated with multiple other products within Oxylabs. To ensure product’s quality, efficiency and top-notch user experience many processes are involved in the team's daily activities.Your day-to-day:- Grow an engineering team through hiring, coaching, mentoring, inspiring, feedback, and hands-on personal career development.
- Ensure efficient teamwork and trust.
- Together with our product owner you will find and eliminate delivery roadblocks.
- Seek to improve product quality, security, performance, usability workflows, and processes that influence the team's performance.
- Oversee system architecture, ensure consistent solutions are implemented and make sure the right architecture patterns are used to meet long-term business goals.
- Manage and improve technical support process, identify problems and help team find long-term solutions to resolve them.
- Ensure technical product documentation is up to date.
- Ensure effective information flow throughout the organization (effective up-and-down and horizontal communication).
- Help the engineering team choose the right processes and technologies to do the right task.

- Professional experience in software development.
- Excellency at planning, leading teams, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability.
- Comfort working in a highly agile software development process.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Professional experience as a software engineer would be a plus.
Salary:- Gross salary: 4960 - 7273 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
