We hope that you are ready to:

• Represent Invest Lithuania in negotiations with foreign investors and coordinate investment agreements with them.
• Provide strategic legal advice regarding the investment and business environment in Lithuania to both potential foreign investors and those expanding their operations in Lithuania.
• Handle or lead legal analysis, including involvement in the delivery of proposals/draft regulations or legal opinions to improve business environment.
• Advise our internal team and form in-house legal practice on legal matters relating to client needs.
• Represent Invest Lithuania at central and local government institutions and in relationships with other companies or agencies.

Requirements

We expect you to have:

• Completed your university studies in the field of law.
• 3-5 years of experience as a lawyer.
• Fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian legal acts and an ability to apply them in practice.
• A high degree of autonomy in executing tasks.
• Experience in consultancy.
• An ability to solve complex problems, systematize data, draw conclusions and then present them.
