In this role you will:
- Be responsible for a full life-cycle of recruitment;
- Cooperate with team members, hiring managers and customers on all matters of hiring strategy;
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience;
- Collaborate with marketing team on various projects;
- Administrate documentation, related to the recruitment process;
- Generate new ideas, participate in internal projects, improve processes and have many more opportunities to be a part of other HR procedures.
What do we expect?
- 1-3 years work experience as an IT recruiter;
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle;
- Positivity, flexibility and adaptability to the needs of managers and the organization;
- Willingness to learn new things and share your knowledge with others;
- Fluently in Lithuanian and English languages.
