We are currently looking for a: Senior IT Recruiter
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES IN THIS POSITION:
- Manage the full recruitment process, from screening to final stage on your own, mainly for IT positions;
- Candidates screening, testing and evaluation;
- Build strong partnerships with Hiring managers, and provide consulting support regarding the recruitment process;
- Participate in recruitment marketing, bringing more ideas on how to brand the company.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-yrs successful experiences in a Recruiter position (IT recruitment fields);
- Experience in selection and evaluation of candidates in all stages;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing is a huge plus;
- Excellent English language, knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
WE OFFER:
The monthly salary ranges from 3030 EUR to 3800 EUR gross. Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements. In addition, each employee of the Everwest company receives a package of additional benefits, which include:
