• Coordinate between the Sales Department (or Group Companies) and Factory/Logistics center;
• Analyze availability of materials and capacity;
• Update sales quotations and sales orders with dates to be confirmed to customers;
• Follow up on actions with Production planners and Purchasers to keep high delivery performance;
• Follow up on sophisticated sales orders / products;
• Team work with other master planners.

Requirements

• Strong focus on provide our customers with maximum service and at the same time optimizing the factory to maximum efficiency;
• Bachelor’s Degree in production management, planning, business Management, Supply Chain or similar technical education;
• Minimum 3-4 years of significant practical experience with relation in planning;
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, competences to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
• Structured and systematic approach;
• Experience with larger ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX;
• Good general technical understanding (drawings, BOMs, routes and work centers);
• Service minded, also on busy days;
• Great English skills, both speaking and writing.
