Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead in Kaunas, Vilnius or Klaipeda to Justas BU! Get a chance to be in a team together with Aniceta Šatilo and Hanna Jurciene. A new Team Lead will get to work with a Sanitex client, who has multiple projects taken care of by the TeleSoftas team. Currently, the team consists of 10 engineers (1 QA and 9 developers) with different tech skills.

Responsibilities
Project:
- Take care of project governance: monitor team performance, coordinate execution, oversee budget etc.
- Conduct quality and risk management (process, technology, people)
- Oversee agreements (sub-contracting, frame agreements, project agreements, support and maintenance agreements, project working agreement)
- Take care of customer relationship management
People:
- Monitor team performance, discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Set clear team goals
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Business:
- Leverage team and manage resources within/across projects
- Manage team budgeting and finances
- Ensure smooth communication, problem troubleshooting and conflict management with stakeholders
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Experience in sales
- Technical work background would be a big +
- Interest in project management and agile practices
- Proven ownership and responsibility skills
- Good at setting her/his own goals amp; self-managing
- Burning eyes for building a business

We offer a 2480 - 4130 /month gross salary for this position. The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies.
