We are looking for a colleague with great customer advocate skills who will be excited to work in a data-driven environment, relentlessly working on making existing processes more effective, providing insight, and relying the voice of customers to internal teams. We are on the way to unlocking thrilling new opportunities, and only one thing is missing - YOU!Your day-to-day:
  • Manage relationships with our users daily.
  • Evaluate and analyze existing processes, adapt and adjust if needed.
  • Identify product/service issues updates that reflect customer requests, industry, market, and competitor trends and report to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Tech teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues.
  • Provide insight and relay the voice of customers with internal teams, including Business, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
Your skills experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success (support tickets and/or live chat).
  • Being a customer advocate - strong internal and external communication skills, empathy, adaptability, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven and innovative approach to customer relationship development and solution building.
  • Ownership and accountability of your work.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in working at tech companies.
  • Good knowledge of Zendesk or similar customer experience software, with a desire to learn new technologies.
Salary:
  • Gross salary: 1075 - 1980 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
