We are currently looking for a: Business Development Project manager (EU market)

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build long-term relationships with the company's customers and offer logistics solutions that best meet their needs;
  • Cooperate with colleagues in solving various situations that arise during cargo transportation;
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for future business development;
  • Actively search for new prospective business customers, initiating and coordinating sales processes;
  • Attend business meetings and travel to establish business contacts.

Requirements:

  • Experience with the European market;
  • Quick orientation and ability to manage a large amount of information;
  • Openness to interacting with people, expressing oneself, and being attentive to customer needs;
  • Good planning and time management skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and knowledge of other languages would be an advantage;
  • Experience in logistics (advantageous).

Base monthly salary: 3030 - 3790 (before tax) + bonuses. The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
