Job Description

Our client is searching for a dedicated Recruitment Consultant who can effectively contribute to developing robust candidate pipelines for all recruitment service lines. This role emphasizes both direct and indirect candidate sourcing, alongside the creation and nurturing of talent pools. The successful candidate will not only meet personal targets but also enhance the positive image of the company through meaningful interactions with candidates and clients, always upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of key client organizations within target countries and stay updated on industry shifts.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and responsive interactions with both internal and external clients.
  • Propose strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in client role briefings, contributing to the development of sourcing strategies.
  • Recognize potential business opportunities during sourcing conversations with candidates.
  • Adhere to client-specific recruitment processes, be it for RPO or project recruitment delivery.
  • Align with our global recruitment process standards.
  • Collaborate with onsite recruiters to source, screen, and introduce suitable candidates for specific accounts.
  • Efficiently utilize applicant tracking systems, sourcing methodologies, and evaluate recruitment process effectiveness.
  • Design and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies tailored to client profiles or to nurture talent pools for future requirements.
  • Collaborate with the onsite solutions team, ensuring solutions are delivered within agreed KPIs/SLAs.
  • Use competency success profiles to evaluate and categorize candidates.
  • Articulate position opportunities and the client's value proposition effectively.
  • Guide candidates seamlessly throughout the recruitment process.
  • Foster and maintain candidate relationships, encouraging referrals.
  • Manage candidate expectations, providing constructive feedback in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to documented procedures, be it our client's or when on-site with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with approval/sign-off processes, including leaves, travel, and expenditures.
  • Promptly update internal reporting systems and provide necessary information.
  • Take ownership of personal performance and embrace continuous learning.
  • Offer and solicit feedback constructively.
  • Exhibit behaviors in alignment with company values, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Proactively assist peers and contribute to broader business objectives.
  • Engage actively in all relevant meetings and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency, RPO, or in-house setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing candidate pipelines and meeting recruitment targets.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
