About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the creation of high-ROI influencer marketing campaigns specifically tailored to the beauty, wellness, and luxury sectors, emphasizing the ability to identify and engage top-tier influencers and partners.
- Develop and own a strategic process for campaign creation, ensuring a performance-driven approach while building and leading a team focused on producing impactful influencer campaigns that deliver measurable results in brand engagement and revenue generation.
- Foster strong relationships with existing influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Watch the fruits of your labor in real-time as you track and report on influencer campaign performance.
- Dive into creativity alongside our marketing team, crafting content that influencers and audiences alike will love.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or influencer marketing.
- An entrepreneurial and accountability oriented mindset, adept at cultivating initiatives from inception, building projects from ground zero, and steering them to successful fruition.
- Knowledge of and interest in the beauty, wellness, and luxury industries.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn and grow within the role and within the influencer marketing space
