As ESG Project Manager, your main responsibilities would be:
· Support in ESG scope data collection,analysis, and reporting aligned with pertinent EU sustainability-related regulations and standards (SFRD, ESRS);
· Take part in climate risk analyses of different business lines' (renewable energy, mobility) assets and activities;
· Coordinate ESG related projects in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, stakeholder management;
· Co-create training materials and take the lead in internal training sessions.
Requirements
· Educational background or relevant courses in the field of sustainability;
· Strong project management skills and attention to detail;
· Experience in sustainability reporting and familiarity with EU sustainability reporting requirements. Ability to digest complex regulatory guidelines;
· Good knowledge and practical understanding in operating both quali- and quanti-data. Experience in data analytics is a great advantage;
· Ability to communicate effectively and openly, along with the capability to support the monitoring workshops, and focus groups;
· Excellent proficiency in English and Lithuanian;
· A strong enthusiasm for making a positive impact and engaging in change management, coupled with critical thinking and an analytical mindset.

Monthly salary:
From 2500 EUR gross. The specific bonus amount will be determined based on your work experience and competencies.
