We are looking for a strong colleague who could help us build the whole DevOps and Operations future of Oxylabs. Going forwards there’s a lot of challenges. We are growing quickly and some approaches need to be defined, some need to be redefined. For example what people structures and ways of working would work best for us to do great engineering. How can we build a great public and private cloud experience? What technologies should we use and how? There's a lot of space to show your talents, grow as a specialist and grow into future roles as well.
Your day-to-day:- Maintain current product infrastructure.
- Participate in building Private/Public Cloud based platforms.
- Closely collaborate with developers to support their needs.
- Proactively analyze systems, champion necessary system improvements.
- Support development teams, address their needs while bringing back items for DevOps mindset driven self-service future.
- Mentor, coach peers in both technical and engineering topics.
- New ideas amp; projects are always welcome!

- High sense of ownership, positive mentorship attitude.
- Experience of championing or defining both ways of working and technological procedures (for example RFCs).
- You are a Linux geek.
Nice to have:- Private or public cloud experience.
- Network experience.
- DC / Data storage experience.
Salary:- Salary: Gross salary: 3140 - 6940 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
