As part of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in navigating legal complexities in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.Your day-to-day:- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including customer contracts and vendor agreements.
- Conduct in-depth legal analysis, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Advise on new or upcoming Oxylabs products and features, and provide legal insights for the development of those products.
- Constantly review and improve the company's legal processes.
- Conduct internal training sessions to educate relevant teams on the legal and compliance requirements, fostering a culture of legal awareness.
- Stay updated with the latest legal news, developments, and case law in technology, big data, data privacy, and related fields.
Your skills experience:- A Master's Degree in Law (LL.M).
- At least 5 years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm (experience in the tech sector is advantageous).
- A basic understanding of IP and privacy law.
- A basic understanding of the U.S. legal system is a plus.
- Passion for the IT environment and technology.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to operate and make decisions in a dynamic and constantly evolving field.
- Ability to work independently and together with a team.
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English and Lithuanian.
- Experience working on and managing numerous projects and tasks, a strong sense of ownership.
- Curiosity and eagerness to grow.
Salary:- Gross salary:2975 - 4460 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
