In this role you will:
- Manage and administer Microsoft Intune, ensuring efficient deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Intune features.
- Oversee the implementation of device management policies, compliance settings, and application deployments within the Intune environment.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure the security and compliance of devices enrolled in Intune.
- Collaborate with IT teams to define and enforce endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune.
- Implement and optimize security measures for endpoints, including antivirus solutions, encryption, and mobile device management (MDM) capabilities.
- Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device configurations, applications, and security policies.
- Develop and implement device management policies and compliance standards based on organizational security requirements.
- Regularly conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and other security audits.
- Generate and analyze reports to assess the overall health and performance of the Intune environment.
What do we expect?
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Intune administrator with a deep understanding of device management, security policies, and application deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune features, including conditional access, mobile application management (MAM), and enrollment processes.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and customization of Intune configurations.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Intune, Azure, and M365.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and a commitment to implementing and maintaining robust security measures within the Intune environment.
