Green Genius, an international developer of renewable energy assets, is looking for a Project Manager to contribute to the company’s growth story.
Your key responsibilities will be:- Lead the planning and execution of solar energy projects in Lithuania;
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets;
- Organize and facilitate project team meetings to achieve the planned results;
- Ensure project risks are identified and managed effectively;
- Participate in project status meetings and report on project progress;
- Work closely with other teams, such as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, experience in renewable energy market would be highly beneficial;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of renewable energy regulations would be a strong advantage;
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communications skills;
- Fluency in English language.

Monthly salary: From 3200 gross.
