As a Treasury Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing treasury-related projects within our organization.
We are currently seeking a talented: Treasury project manager to join our team!
We believe you will:
- Be the partner to group businesses proactively understand their needs and deliver the promises.
- Ensure the group financing needs consolidate the needs, prepare materials for RfPs, represent the group during tenders and negotiations with existing and new financial international partners.
- Ensure agreements and successful negotiations for long-term financing transactions.
- Monitor compliance with obligations, prepare reports for financial partners.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of Treasury and whole group projects.
- Ensure group banking infrastructure on an international level- maintain and develop long-term relationships with financial partners.
- Plan and monitor group companies' cash flow.
- Participate in credit limits provision for clients' process.
- Control group companies NWC.
- Implement and improve the client‘s debt-controlling process.
- Control of intragroup companies' loans and debts.
We expect:
- 3+ years’ experience providing successful experience in related job positions.
- Excellent knowledge of financing products (loans, leasing, overdraft/revolving credit facility, supply chain financing, bank guarantee, L/C, etc.).
- Knowledge of legal requirements for the execution of financing transactions.
- Excellent analytical thinking, responsibility and diligence.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build constructive relationships with the leadership team and external partners.
- Perfect communication skills in Lithuanian, English and Russian.

We offer:
Base monthly salary: 3620 - 5000 (before tax) and bonus system. The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
