In this role you will:

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers on all matters of hiring strategy;
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
  • Interact with potential candidates through various sourcing channels;
  • Create and send recruiting emails/messages;
  • Maintain candidate databases;
  • Administrate documentation, related to the recruitment process;
  • Generate new ideas, participate in internal projects, improve processes and have many more opportunities to be a part of other HR procedures.

What do we expect?

  • Work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques;
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
  • Positivity, flexibility and adaptability to the needs of managers and the organization;
  • Willingness to learn new things and share your knowledge with others;
  • Fluently in Lithuanian and English languages.
