In this role you will:
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers on all matters of hiring strategy;
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
- Interact with potential candidates through various sourcing channels;
- Create and send recruiting emails/messages;
- Maintain candidate databases;
- Administrate documentation, related to the recruitment process;
- Generate new ideas, participate in internal projects, improve processes and have many more opportunities to be a part of other HR procedures.
What do we expect?
- Work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role;
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
- Positivity, flexibility and adaptability to the needs of managers and the organization;
- Willingness to learn new things and share your knowledge with others;
- Fluently in Lithuanian and English languages.
