In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to meet our hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define job requirements, create job advertisements, and design effective sourcing strategies. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, screen candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

We are currently seeking a talented: Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Communication in English and Russian.
  • Strong willingness to be involved in different HR projects.

We offer:

Base monthly salary: 2430 - 3040 (before tax). The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
