Watts is a mobile app which helps to save electric energy for thousands of people in Denmark. The app offers the possibility to save money and environment by allowing to choose renewable energy, reduce Co2 emissions and giving feedback which device might use. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing our Azure-based infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on automation, monitoring, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other DevOps and development team members to streamline our release and deployment processes.

Technologies: Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Bicep, CI/CD.
In this role, you will:
- Automate Releases and Deployments: Utilize Bicep to automate release and deployment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Infrastructure Automation: Apply PowerShell or Bicep for automating the setup and management of our Azure infrastructure, aiming for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Monitoring and Observability: Set up and maintain monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance. Implement observability tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Cost Optimization: Regularly analyze and optimize the costs of Azure resources, ensuring effective use of the platform without compromising on performance and reliability.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Regularly update and upgrade the infrastructure environment to maintain security, efficiency, and compliance with best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other DevOps and development team members, contributing to team objectives and continuous improvement of our DevOps practices.
What do we expect?
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and management.
- Experience in automation scripting using PowerShell, or Bicep.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and observability practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal Lithuanian and English skills.
Would be a plus:
- Prior experience with Azure and DevOps tools.
- Certification in Azure or related cloud technologies is a plus.
