We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
As a Business Analyst, you will be a part of a small but growing team, and you'll be working with one of the most prestigious UK automotive companies with a track record in racing, including F1.Moreover, you'll be helping define and refine requirements for their next generation of products, from UI design to cloud data platforms.
Responsibilities
For an enterprise customer, we are looking for a person to manage the different work streams. You will manage multiple IT projects and be responsible for the execution and delivery of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Solving complex business problems by conducting in-depth analysis of various business-related topics
- Gathering, documenting, analysing and securing approval for business requirements
- Leading requirements workshops to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project needs
- Constructing workflow charts and diagrams to visualize processes
- Translating business needs into technical requirements
- Collaborating closely with the development teams to define user stories, prioritise tasks, and contribute to sprint planning and execution
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring successful project delivery
- Working with Customer stakeholders (Product management, project management, engineering, QA) to both formalise and document requirements but also communicate them efficiently
Requirements
- Fluent English language proficiency, including discussions in technical terms (spoken and written)
- A strong grasp of both Agile amp; Waterfall methodologies
- Technical background in IT and/or Automotive industries
- Proven and relevant experience in business analytics or in similar fields
- Precise communication, without ambiguity, and detailed oriented
- Ability and confidence to present ideas and rationale to different stakeholders
- Strong detail-oriented skills
- Ability to comprehend information at the big picture level while translating it down to the feature level
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and understanding of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with prototyping tools like Axure/Figma or similar
