InData platforms, Analytics and Business Applicationsbusiness unit we are all together almost 160 DW/BI consultants. We challenge ourselves daily with enterprise level data warehouse and Azure data platform projects where analytics and complex calculations are strongly involved.

Python, Spark, MS Azure stack.

• Work closely with customers and other stakeholders to gather, understand and refine client requirements and expectations.
• Advise on the best technical solution to a problem, e.g. the role of AI/ML, the type of AI/ML, and the integration with data-sources and end-user systems.
• Work closely with project leads to clarify and justify the scope of different delivery types.
• Take the role of project lead, maintaining expectations and managing deliveries according to plans.
• Prove the value of AI/ML in solutions such as decision support/automation, recommendations, optimization and fault detection.
• Evaluate, build and optimize open-source AI/ML models for a particular use case.
• Implement proprietary AI (e.g. generative LLMs, APIs for text analysis/image interpretation) for a particular use case.

• Strong knowledge of Python (Notebook and application/API development).
• Experience in Common Data Science Python libraries and ML frameworks.
• Experience with deployment and maintenance of ML/AI models in a production setting.
• Project experience on the Microsoft stack: Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Studio / Azure OpenAI Services, Azure Databricks, etc.
• Knowledge of MLOps.
• Expertise in Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban)
• Verbal and written fluency in English and Lithuanian.

• Familiarity with HuggingFace.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for task management, GIT integration and CI/CD pipelines.
