What’s it all about:

• Troubleshoot and resolve all reported issues regarding defective hardware and software;
• Issue and maintain updated inventory logs of IT equipment;
• Deploy operating system updates, software patches, and hardware or other IT infrastructure upgrades;
• Computer and ICT equipment maintenance both hardware and software;
• Office equipment and hardware maintenance;
• Provide technical staff support.

What do we expect:

• Strong communication skills;
• Experience administrating Windows-based servers (Hyper-v);
• Experience administering Linux-based servers (VMware Vsphere);
• Experience administering Microsoft Office 365 applications;
• Basic networking skills;
• Basic knowledge about hardware;
• First language - Lithuanian.
