Your role as a Business Analyst in our revenue operations team will be instrumental in directly impacting and improving processes. Be a driving force in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, making a meaningful impact on our company's success.Your day-to-day:- Review and update the CRM system with any contractual changes notifying relevant departments affected;
- Applying a focus on continuous improvement and process analysis techniques to ensure devised processes are as efficient and effective as possible;
- Influencing the expectations of stakeholders across the business regarding their understanding and utilization of the CRM systems;
- Supporting and enforcing the maintenance of data quality within the system;
- Maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flow diagrams and provide training and support to Salesforce users.
Your skills experience:- Experience of working as a business analyst within a project environment, delivering cross-team IT changes;
- Fluency in English;
- Good understanding of software and project life cycles including a range of developments (traditional amp; agile) including testing and release practice;
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organization;
- Knowledge of Revenue Operations systems (ideally Salesforce, Docusign, Outreach, etc.);
- Motivated and driven by continuous change and seeking out opportunities to improve;
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative as required.
Salary:- Gross salary 2650 - 3802 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
