Stage Session:
Session's self-serve mobile and web applications revolutionise the early identification of accurate music registration data. We are part of an innovative project that facilitates seamless collaborations and captures detailed creator contributions.
Stage StudioSync:
TeleSoftas is a driving force behind an industry-wide tool designed to receive, collate, and present creator credits at the inception point. Our role involves streamlining the review process with labels and ensuring smooth downstream integration with repertoire systems.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Projects
- Take care of project governance: monitor team performance, coordinate execution, oversee budget, etc.
- Conduct quality and risk management (process, technology, people)
- Oversee agreements (sub-contracting, frame agreements, project agreements)
- Take care of customer relationship management
People
- Keep the team engaged (team and company level)
- Monitor team performance, discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Set clear team goals and strategy
- Create and maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Business
- Leverage team and manage resources within/across projects
- Manage team budgeting and finances
- Ensure smooth communication, problem troubleshooting and conflict management with stakeholders
- Engage and assist in driving new business
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Interest in project management and agile practices
- Strong ownership and responsibility skills
- Good at setting your own goals amp; self-managing
- Positive attitude and energy, especially in stressful situations
- Understanding of sales basics and client communication
- Strong English language skills
