- Lead a team of writers and oversee content creation for the company’s conversion-focused channels (website, ads, emails, partnerships);
- Work on multiple projects at once, managing the team’s workload and meeting tight deadlines;
- Provide the team with guidance, feedback, and support to ensure content quality and alignment with the brand’s voice;
- Work closely with stakeholders from marketing and product teams to ensure results and improve processes;
- Write original, clear, and compelling copy when needed;
- Use research data to adapt copywriting strategies for maximum impact;
- Mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, training sessions, and career development planning;
- Keep track of the latest trends in copywriting, digital marketing, and consumer behaviors to keep our copy strategies ahead of the curve;
- Work as a part of a wider communication team.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in writing for digital marketing with a focus on conversion
- Proven experience in leading a creative team
- Native-level English
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Active interest in technology and innovation
Salary Range
- Gross Salary3140 - 4130 EUR/Month.
