Eligo Partners client is an international and growing company. Currently seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Sales team to join their team.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and training to optimize the performance of the sales team.
- Establish priorities for the team, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes.
- Effectively manage and cultivate relationships with assigned clients, including implementing account development plans and negotiating annual rates.
- Analyze global market trends and competitor actions to identify potential areas of growth.
Requirements:
- You are a leader and have successful experience of leading a team of more than 10 people.
- You have a good understanding of B2B wholesale business.
- You are goal-oriented, ambitious and driven to create change and make a real contribution to the growth of the company.
- You are an excellent negotiator and have good business communication skills.
- Have good communication skills in building relationships with customers.
- Speak and write well in English.
- You are curious, innovative and like a challenge.
