Eligo Partners client is an international and growing company. Currently seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Sales team to join their team.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and training to optimize the performance of the sales team.
• Establish priorities for the team, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes.
• Effectively manage and cultivate relationships with assigned clients, including implementing account development plans and negotiating annual rates.
• Analyze global market trends and competitor actions to identify potential areas of growth.

Requirements:

• You are a leader and have successful experience of leading a team of more than 10 people.
• You have a good understanding of B2B wholesale business.
• You are goal-oriented, ambitious and driven to create change and make a real contribution to the growth of the company.
• You are an excellent negotiator and have good business communication skills.
• Have good communication skills in building relationships with customers.
• Speak and write well in English.
• You are curious, innovative and like a challenge.

Salary: From 5000 Eur before taxes. We are open to discussing other salary ranges depending on the candidate's experience and competencies.
