Responsibilities amp; Challenges of this role:
- Structuring, leading and executing various Project Finance (senior/junior/development/acquisition financing) transactions in our key markets;
- Relationship building with international commercial lenders, infrastructure debt funds as well as institutional money managers;
- Managing internal and external resources ensuring a timely execution of projects (transaction documentation, due diligences, CP completion, etc.);
- Looking for non-standard structuring solutions to ensure optimal capital structure and costs;
- Raising awareness about Green Genius, keeping up with financing trends amp; pricing levels.
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:
- At least 5 years of successful work experience in corporate banking, corporate finance, Mamp;A, consultancy or similar fields;
- Previous project finance/Mamp;A transaction experience;
- The ability to manage several projects simultaneously and lead project team;
- A high level of proactivity and the ability to take responsibility for results;
- An excellent command of English;
- A university degree in finance, economics or business management. Candidates with a different background will also be considered;
- Previous experience working or studying abroad would be a great benefit.

Monthly salary: From 4500 gross + variable part, which depends on personal results.
