Responsibilities
  • Taking care of all HR-related topics on a country level with Payroll service providers' support;
  • Supporting payroll process, leading salary revision and all compensation and benefits topics;
  • Supporting business through best HR practices, providing information about labour market situation and competent HR advice;
  • Building up and improving local HR strategies, processes, policies, and documentation in alignment with global regulations and business objectives;
  • Ensuring and driving the entire recruitment lifecycle, prioritizing and planning according to business needs;
  • Developing and executing full employee journey processes across the organization and supporting good culture development;
  • Providing HR data, and reports to managers, making data analysis, and handling HR systems;
  • Supporting employees in HR questions and driving employee’s engagement and competence development.
  • Driving employer branding activities locally;
  • Being part and working in cooperation with the international and Baltics HR team to develop, improve, and implement HR processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience of 3+ years as an HR partner, HR specialist, or HR generalist (or another similar role). Experience in the IT industry would be an advantage.
  • Problem-solving, solution-oriented communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to take on personal responsibility;
  • Deep understanding of labour law and experience in various cases;
  • Building effective collaboration, has strong persuasion skills, and acting proactively;
  • Good at planning, prioritizing, analysing and have excellent organizational skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and complex structured environment;
  • Dealing well with several projects at the same time with a solution-oriented mindset;
  • Understanding management of various HR tools;
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and oral.
