Job Description
The client of Eligo Partners - a wholesale company representing worldwide well-known beauty brands, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Assistant Purchasing Manager. In this role, you will assist with procurement activities and support the Purchasing Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the purchasing process.
Responsibilities:
- Handling transportation issues previously managed by managers.
- Addressing customer complaints and clarifying details with customers and warehouse.
- Compiling relevant data from CRM based on Sales Team Leads' needs and setting daily targets for managers.
- Encouraging collection of pre-orders to meet minimum order quantity.
- Verifying CRM and Teams for required information, and prompting customers for faster payments.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Have excellent English language skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

The salary range for this position is between 1106-1502 EUR brutto.
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
