Job Description

The Sales department generates revenue and powers our organization forward. We keep up with the latest sales trends and technology, incorporate them into our daily work, and keep in touch with each other for better results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Outreach Campaigns: Design and run outreach campaigns to engage potential Channel Partners;
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Use calls and emails to contact prospects, qualify leads, and integrate them into the sales pipeline;
  • Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM updated to reflect the sales pipeline accurately and follow up on leads to maintain an active sales funnel;
  • Collaboration: Work with Channel Development Managers and the team to drive sales initiatives, sharing insights and contributing to team goals;
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and sales techniques, applying feedback to enhance performance;
  • Reporting and Analysis: Use data to refine sales strategies and improve effectiveness;
  • Adaptability: Adjust to market changes and partner needs, embracing new sales methods.
Core Requirements
  • Technology Sales Experience or Passion: We value previous experience in tech sales or a strong desire to enter this field, along with an understanding of tech products/services and the ability to convey their benefits to prospects;
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Looking for a proven track record in sales or an evident potential to thrive in sales roles;
  • Interpersonal and Collaboration Abilities: The importance of building strong relationships with both team members and clients cannot be overstated, as teamwork and exceptional customer service are crucial for achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term client connections;
  • Time Management and Analytical Competence: Essential skills include the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and use analytical skills to interpret data and refine sales strategies;
  • Professional Phone Conduct and Tech Savviness: Successful sales calls require professional telephone etiquette, and computer literacy is necessary for utilising CRM systems and sales software efficiently;
  • Great Communication in English: proficiency in both written and spoken.

Salary Range
  • Gross Salary 1990 - 3310 EUR/Month + Performance Bonus
