Job Description

We are looking for an Marketing Partnerships Manager to help us scale our existing partnership network. We offer full marketing analytics tools stack, established processes, defined strategy as well as friendly team of like-minded digital marketing professionals and open-minded attitude to fresh ideas.
Your day-to-day:
  • Manage and grow existing partners by strengthening relationships and owning new initiatives.
  • Monitor main partner performance metrics and look for meaningful insights.
  • Report on goals, results, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and optimize partners’ content and marketing campaigns to grow business results.
  • Negotiate new deals and renegotiate current agreements.
  • Identify, outreach, and onboard new potential partners.
  • Monitor and manage affiliate payouts.
  • Initiate and manage cross-team collaboration (new landing page briefs, partner product feedback facilitation, collaboration with SEO team, etc.).
  • Drive new initiatives and projects for affiliate and marketing teams’ revenue growth.
  • Keep up with industry and affiliate market trends, news, and best practices.

Your skills experience:
  • Sharp communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
  • Perfect spoken and written communication in English.
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership - will have to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B affiliate/performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of other performance marketing channels.
  • Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM, affiliate networks, automation tools, and different web and data analytic tools
Salary:
  • Gross salary:2320 - 3150 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
