We are currently looking for a: Head of Information System Architecture and Methodology
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- Information System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust information systems architecture to support the company's logistical operations, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and security.
- Data Integration: Integrate disparate data sources and systems to create a unified data environment, facilitating seamless data flow and accessibility across the organization.
- Reporting Methodologies: Develop methodologies for reporting and analyzing logistical data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards, to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Data Governance: Establish data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of data across all systems and processes.
- Data Modeling: Design and implement data models, schemas, and structures to support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Evaluate and implement business intelligence (BI) tools and technologies to enhance data visualization, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including IT, operations, finance, and logistics, to understand business requirements, gather user feedback, and prioritize system enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize information systems performance, streamline processes, and enhance user productivity, leveraging automation and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Additional certifications in data architecture, business intelligence, or project management preferred (advantage).
- 10 years of experience in information system architecture, data management, and reporting methodologies.
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques, with hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g.,SQL, Oracle) and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, design data-driven insights, and drive informed decision-making.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, and knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data security standards and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages an advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in information systems architecture and data analytics.

Monthly salary ranges from 4460 EUR to 5580 EUR gross (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
