As a Junior Customer Segment Specialist at Oxylabs, you will communicate with our clients and resolve operational, and account-related queries, become a go-to expert in managing renewals, red accounts, and billing processes, and work collaboratively with other teams to drive customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day:- Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure we're maximizing their business value.
- Actively manage customer renewals, red accounts, and billing processes.
- Assist in collecting relevant data for comprehensive customer segment analysis.
- Track, monitor, and report operational revenue metrics pertaining to the Self-service and D Tier client portfolio.
- Support the CSM in collecting data for various revenue growth metrics.
- Play a supportive role in the implementation and monitoring of the automated customer engagement system.
Your skills experience:- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer engagements (i.e., Sales or Customer Service)with a demonstrated ability to deliver positive results for customers.
- Being a customer advocate - strong internal communication.
- Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to identify account expansion opportunities.
- Objection handling and proactive mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Salary- Gross salary:1650 - 2315 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
