ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Payments Investigations Team Lead to join our Payments Investigations team in our Vilnius office.

Salary: 2500.00EUR gross per month + biannual equity bonusesWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Managing and mentoring the team of 10 specialists in Porto or other locations
  • Monitoring at a higher level the daily performance of employees, ensuring adherence to KPIs
  • Working collaboratively with product teams on improving relevant integrations and processes
  • Improving the team’s performance proficiency by managing the team’s workload
  • Hiring talented team members, ensuring ongoing coaching and feedback, recognising and developing team members
  • Seeking to go above and beyond the role by taking ownership of difficult problems, resolving ongoing issues, and being a leader in the workplace
  • Representing Revolut online at all times

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Previous people management experience (1+ year)
  • Flawless English proficiency (both speaking and writing skills)
  • Strong experience in banking or other financial services with an emphasis on investigations (preferably in payments and operations departments)
  • Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Faster Payment processing
  • Exceptional understanding of customer service and its best practices
  • Practical knowledge of SQL
  • Stress-resistance, ability to organise and prioritise work to meet production goals in a dynamic environment with a team-oriented approach
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment based on substantial analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Education level BA/MA degree
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack
  • Understanding of SWIFT payment formatting MT910, MT900, MT103, MT202 and MT202cov
  • Additional language proficiency
