About the role and team

HR team is responsible for hiring the best Talents to Adform across 28 countries and ensuring efficient recruitment process. We play essential role in unlocking the full potential of every Adformer and making them feel at home. We are acting as strong sparring partners for our leaders and always strive to be helpful. We make sure that all HR processes run smoothly, we rapidly react to challenges and bring value for all stakeholders involved.

Now, we are looking for one more proactive team member who will help HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners on working with internal recruitments on a daily basis.

If you are the one who is wiling to learn more about good recruitment practices, be involved in creating potential candidate pool and run phone screens with candidates all over the world, then this is the right position for you to kick of you career in HR.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Help and support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners with internal recruitments
• Source and gather potential candidate pool
• Ensure clear communication and recruitment process with all relevant stakeholders
• Make sure that recruitment data is up to date
• Phone screen candidates and arrange following job interviews
• Explore and propose new talent attraction techniques

Requirements

• Are a bright, curious and open-minded young person who is driven by team work and mutual results
• Are willing to learn about recruitment processes in tech-based company
• Enjoy working in a global and fast-paced environment
• Have good communication skills with a can do attitude
• Are fluent in English (written and verbal)

It would be an advantage if you:

• Have some international experience (studies abroad, internship)
• Have some basic experience working with recruitments
