About the role and team
We are looking to hire an experienced FPamp;A colleague to be part of our Financial Planning amp; Analysis team. As a unit we are responsible for running best-in-class sales planning, reporting to C-level leaders and conducting various decisions while enabling business analysis. This role will be a part of the analytical engine of the company with great opportunities to grow and develop professionally.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly Financial report
- Support preparation of Board material
- Conduct annual budget preparation and monitor its performance by detecting and analyzing variations between budgets and actual figures
- Handle communication with Budget owners and facilitate monthly review meetings
- Provide relevant and professional business sparring across the organization on revenue and costs
- Make ad hoc analysis, business case modelling and provide insights to the leadership team
- Support the further development of the FPamp;A function
- Operate in the interception between Business, HR and Finance
- Establish a positive relationship across Adform
- Contribute to the team knowledge and culture
Requirements
We expect you have
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
- Several years’ work experience within Finance and in partnering with the organization
- Strong data analysis skills and intellectual curiosity with the ability to explain the conclusions
- Proficiency in using MS office and in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in BI tools, Tableau or similar
- Excellent communication skills ability to deliver the message
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences
- Excellent English skills (both verbal/written)

- The monthly salary range for this position in Vilnius starts from 2300 Eur gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies
