About the role and team?

We are looking for a highly motivated leader who would be eager to lead the implementation of a new ambitious BI strategy, The journey will be both challenging and rewarding and you will be heading up our existing BI team with deep knowledge and experience while reporting to the VP of Business Finance. The BI team is at the center of the engine room, servicing and delivering best in class solutions across the organization. Working within the digital advertising industry means that data is our business and you will need to learn and understand the business, to deliver high value solutions across the organization. We expect you to be proactive and driven by sound professional experience with a strong drive for success. By nature, you are hands-on and a good communicator with the ability to co-operate across the organization. You are a team-player and lead by setting the example with the ability to delegate and follow-up.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Provide inspiring and effective leadership for the BI team
• Drive a team culture of high engagement and performance
• Guide employees in professional growth and career development
• Execute on the BI strategy
• Deliver best in class solutions both within BI and EPM
• Act as the BI subject matter expert across the organization in clarifying requests, priorities, management expectations and scoping complex projects?

Requirements

We expect you?have

• Leadership?experience for at least 2-3 years?within?BI?area
• Solid experience in delivering end-to-end BI solutions?with a solid and broad toolbox
• Experience in analytical, consulting roles
• Strong data analysis skills

• Proficient?in using?ETL tools?and data structures
• Experience with?BI or EPM?tools
• Broad experience in project management and leading a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English skills (both verbal/written)

• Monthly salary range for this position starts from 3100 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies
