Here at Treatwell, we are changing the way people book their hair and beauty services. We make booking hair, beauty and spa treatments simple, effortless and fast around the clock.
Today we are the leading beauty booking platform in Europe working with over 25,000 salons, processing over 1 million orders per month and operating across 11 countries. Our success to date is completely down to the 500 passionate and brilliantly-talented people working together to harness the power of beauty, and the beauty of technology.
However, we are still not even close to being done. Today, less than 2% of hair and beauty is booked online - that’s tiny. We believe that booking online is inevitable and our mission is to give every customer their perfect hair and beauty experience.
But, for us to really fulfil our vision of revolutionising the industry we need to do something much more profound we need to grow the entire industry and empower more people to feel good about themselves more often.

Talent Acquisition is a productive and ambitious team when it comes to attracting, sourcing and hiring exceptional talent that will raise the bar in everything that we do.
As our Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll take the lead on the end to end recruitment for a range of roles with laser focus on attracting, sourcing and hiring exceptional talent that will raise the bar in everything that we do.
Obsessed with creating an exceptional candidate experience, you love what you do and get a kick out of advocating Treatwell in every interaction you have.
You Will Be.
- Able to manage end to end recruitment for a high volume of roles across a range of levels
- Adaptable in hiring for roles and locations from Engineering through to Analytics, Vilnius through to Milan
- Raise the bar on candidate experience, continuously keeping the candidate’s perception front of mind
- Comfortable reaching tough targets including - number of hires, time to hire, time to fill, attrition of hires
- Building strong relationships across the organisation with leaders
- Have an in depth understanding of each team (ie responsibility, contribution to business, goals, challenges, size amp; structure)
- Compose and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritised positions to develop superior talent pipelines
- Maintaining exceptional standards and data integrity across tools and systems (Workable and Bamboo)
- Writing and improving job descriptions to attract talent and set up expectations
About You
- Loves the delivery and managing a role from the beginning through to the end
- Demonstrated experience hiring candidates for hard to fill roles in Product and Engineering. From initial sourcing, managing candidates through to offer with a deep understanding of the tech landscape
- Highly experienced using an ATS tool to manage and update candidate information
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
- Adaptable communication style, able to understand your audience
- Genuine interests in the whole organisation and operation, proactive in seeking information about the business, culture and strategy

Salary - 1200-2000 Gross Monthly + Bonus
