As People Development Partner at Hostinger, you will:

  • Design and implement professional development initiatives to increase organizational, team and individual performance
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions based on topics you champion
  • Make sure our current in-house employee Learning amp; Development initiatives are running smoothly
  • Keep our leaders up to date with latest leadership topics, trends and practices
  • Dive deep into our culture, guide leaders and their teams through organisational changes, recognition, performance, career, relationship management

  • Consult team leaders on employee-related challenges, facilitate team building/problem solving workshops based on business needs and best practices
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders and our partners, maintaining professional relationships

We expect you:

  • See yourself standing for and role modeling our work principles
  • Have strong professional background in HR field (preferably, in a growing technology company)
  • Have experience in designing, facilitating training sessions, workshops and you enjoy it
  • Have experience in leading team(s)
  • Have proven passion for leadership, professional development, employee relations, motivation and engagement, workforce management and HR subject overall
  • Have business-oriented approach
  • Constantly learn and seek ways to improve yourself and others
  • Are truly open-minded - you have an out-of-the-box approach to different mindsets, HR matters and initiatives
  • Have strong sense of ownership - you don't wait to be told what to do, you are ready to help and never say that’s not my job
  • Say what you think even if it is uncomfortable
  • Are fluent in English
