With a team of Customer Obsessed training professionals, we are looking for the ones who want to skyrocket together.


Our next Quality specialist will be responsible for facilitating effective training to all new Customer Success hires in an engaging and personable manner. Additionally, they will help to drive Customer Success Team's quality control initiatives.

What will you do:

  • Audit performance, evaluate it and provide feedback on prepared criteria to ensure Highest standards;
  • Gather data from training sessions and apply changes in the procedures;
  • Document processes and make sure that the team is applying them;
  • Conduct coaching sessions by providing feedback and guidance on quality competencies;
  • Provide reports about the quality of the department;
  • Cooperate with Team Leaders, People, Training and Quality teams of Customer Success to ensure quality targets are achieved.

What we expect:

  • Excellent English skills (writing and speaking - C1 or higher);
  • Working knowledge of Google spreadsheets/Excel;
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and with sound judgement;
  • You have time management, organisational, and decision making skills;
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
  • You are a quick learner, creative, adaptive to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Previous experience in a training or quality assurance capacity is highly preferred.
