We make connecting to banks easy through sharing financial data and payments infrastructure. We connect you to thousands of banks using a secure open API, taking care of the complexity, saving you time and money.
We've raised $18.4m in funding to date, and provide infrastructure for industry leaders including American Express, Intuit Quickbooks, Moneyfarm and BUX. Based in London, we employ over 70 people across three European locations and continue to scale rapidly!
We are currently looking for a Gateway Operations Specialist to join our team. You will help to build the tools, systems and processes that will help to scale our growth. Yapily thrives on collaborative success, where customer focus and delivery is at the heart of everything we do.
- Liaising with customers and internal experts to ensure appropriate and timely action is taken, consistently driving towards solutions
- Analysing customers and financial institutions behaviour to ensure the best use of our APIs and identifying the areas of improvement
- Ensuring Yapily’s SLA (Service Level Agreements) targets with customers are upheld, identifying ways to improve our service delivery
- Working together with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate API gateway monitoring
- Advocating for our customer needs internally and working together with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on new feature requests
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders from relevant financial institutions
The salary for this role based in Vilnius, Lithuania is between 20,000 - 22,500 EUR gross per year
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-growing Fintech/API company, experience with payments across Europe mandatory
- Excellent understanding how financial institutions work - Excellent at developing and managing relationships with banks, looking for opportunities to improve them and proactively taking initiatives
- Data driven, excellent time management skills, proactivity and attention to detail are important traits to have in the role
