As Automotive Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Development and strengthening of internal controls and reporting process;
• Forecasting, budgeting and creating business models for companies or projects;
• Supporting and ensuring quality of month-end and year-end close processes;
• Various analysis and reports for banks, top management or business partners;
• Reporting, development and automatization of KPI systems for business;
• Cashflow planning;
• Lead process optimization projects for various financial processes;
• Coordinating annual audit process;
• Evaluation of financial risks and development of reliable internal controls, set-up of monitoring system;
• Assurance of timely regulatory reporting and compliance.

Requirements

To be our perfect fit we expect you to:

• Hold a university degree in finance, economics or other related areas;
• Have at least 5 years of successful work experience in audit or finance control fields;
• Have strong MS package skills, experience with Power BI and NAVISION would be an advantage;
• Good communication skills and ability to manage external stakeholders;
• Be a self-starter with good organisational skills;
• Be good at analytical thinking, have a creative point of view and be an influential communicator;
• Be fluent in Lithuanian, have excellent Business English skills (understanding Russian language is an advantage).

Monthly salary:

• From 3300.00 to 4300.00 gross.
