Job Description

Today we are looking for Automotive Senior Parts Manager to work in "Autobrava Motors" - official representatives and ambassadors of Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Abarth ("Stellantis" factory) team based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Senior Parts Manager is the one, who perfectly knows what is needed in order to have optimal stock levels in the warehouse amp; how to ensure the fulfillment of the stock. This person is also a great team player able to organize the work of subordinate employees.

The role includes:

  • Preparation of the annual operating budget and pricing of individual products and customer categories of the spare parts department;
  • Analyzing sales, costs and inventories on a monthly basis;
  • Being responsible for optimal stock levels;
  • Searching for new suppliers and buyers;
  • Organizing the work of subordinate employees, setting personal goals;
  • Providing proposals to the management on the improvement of activities, organization of new work, implementation of electronic systems, application of new sales channels and forms.

Requirements

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

  • A higher technical education;
  • Experience in similar role (min. 3 years);
  • Good computer literacy;
  • Experience in working with accounting systems (Navision knowledge would be considered as an advantage);
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis;
  • Good knowledge of technical English (reading and writing), Russian language skills - an advantage;
  • Good communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills.

Monthly salary:

  • 2279 gross on average, depends on personal results.
